>How to pay the hotel?

You have just to pay the difference (Hotel price minus partial support) at the end of the workshop.

You are right, the link of the hotel is not for booking your hotel online but to inform you about the hotel. I think the best possibility is to call the hotel or to send a fax or email. Just choose:

So, if you are a chair you are a panelist and you have to write a paper as a panelist: a position statement of 2 pages.

I can not understand that the hotel did not respond. They know the code and they have already several bookings. If you have problems to book the hotel, please let me know.

You get the reimbursement cash on presentation of the tickets during the workshop.
