Hello Again NIME participants,
I promise that this will be the last time I hassle you all for more info.

Figuring out how everything and everyone's setup is going to fit into the
recital hall stage is going to be quite a challenge, so I need you all to
help me understand your setups in order to be well prepared.

Attached is a picture of the Recital Hall as well as two images of the stage
layout, with and without dimensions added. If you have a scanner, please
feel free to draw in your stage plot and send it back to me. Please note
that this diagram goes from the bottom steps of the recital hall, includes
the area in front of the stage, and goes all the way to the back of the
stage (ie.the area that's in front of the stage is 10'6" at the center of the hall).

I know that some of you have given me some of this info already, but please
answer the following questions so that I am sure that no info is missing.

-Please describe where the performer(s) will be located and the amount of
space (in square feet) that will be needed for each. Please include your
audio equipment setup, even if it is offstage (ie. Beside the console). If
your piece incorporates dancers, please let me know how much space they need.

-Will you be using video?

-Is front or rear projection preferred? (we are still not 100% sure that
rear projection is possible)

-Please make a note here if you require the video screen to be anywhere
other than rear center stage.

-the video screen we will probably have is 9' x 12'. There is a smaller,
tri-pod style screen available. Please let me know if you need 2 screens,
whether you could use the smaller screen, and where it would go.

-How high off the ground do you need the screen to be (up to 7 feet)?

-Do you need a table? How many? How large?

-would you prefer a regular table for sitting, or a higher 'cart' at which
you can stand?

-Does your setup need to remain setup after your rehearsal until your
performance?

-can your setup be moved offstage?

-Our tables will have wheels on them. We will have enough tables that
everyone who needs one can have their own. If you are using a table, could
your setup be wheeled offstage and re-connected for the performance in a
minimal amount of time?

-Is it possible for your set up to fit in the area in front of the stage?

Thank you for your time. This will help ensure a much smoother operation.
